MOE Finance Assistance Scheme

Singaporean students in financial need may qualify for the MOE FAS to help cover school fees, books, attire, meals, and transport. Apply at your school's General Office any time of the year.

NEU PC PLUS Programme

Low-income households with full-time pupils or persons with permanent disabilities can get a new computer at a subsidised price through the NEU PC Plus Programme.

SAC Financial Assistance Scheme

Apply if you did not qualify for the MOE scheme. The SAC Financial Assistance Scheme supports needy Singaporeans with fee waivers, free textbooks, and free attire.
